Refund & Warranty Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If something you bought from Chandia Digital Store stops working within its warranty window, we will replace it free of charge. If replacement is not possible, we'll issue a refund for the unused portion.

Warranty

Every subscription, key or voucher is covered for the duration of its plan. Report issues within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are honored when the product cannot be delivered or replaced. Digital products that have been activated on your account are non-refundable unless the fault is on our side.

How to claim

Reach us on WhatsApp with your order details and a short description of the issue. Most claims are resolved the same day.
